Job summary

• Experience leading cross-functional, integrated projects through early development phases and Gate reviews.
• Experience in project planning, schedule development, and coordinating deliverable reviews to meet timelines.
• Experience managing contractors and stewarding project, functional, and business support to drive timely technical review and action resolution.
• Experience within a refinery, chemical, manufacturing, or similar industrial project environment.
• Experience supporting concept selection, project road mapping, and business case development during planning and select stages.

The role offers exposure to planning, Gate reviews, schedule development, contractor management, and value-driven project competitiveness across integrated engineering and business functions.

Required Experience

• Experience leading cross-functional, integrated projects through early project development phases and Gate review processes.
• Experience in project planning, schedule development, and coordinating deliverable reviews to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Experience managing contractors and stewarding project, functional, and business support to drive timely technical review and action resolution.
• Experience within a refinery, chemical, manufacturing, or similar industrial project environment.
• Experience supporting concept selection, project road mapping, and business case development during planning and select stages.

Required Skills

• Strong capability in assembling and leading project teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to align stakeholders on project objectives, strategies, schedules, cost, and value delivery.
