Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer II to join our shared services team. You will independently develop engineering documentation, review design accuracy, and coordinate with design teams to meet project specs and standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, vendors, and clients to drive timely delivery, implement value engineering, and maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years’ experience in engineering or coordination.
• Proficient in CAD and design tools.
• Strong understanding of low‑voltage systems, including security, access control, fire alarm, AV, and related technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and produce complete engineering documentation packages meeting project specs and standards.
• Review and verify design accuracy and completeness to uphold quality, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders to integrate revisions and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams during installation and commissioning.
• Track milestones and communicate design changes and updates to prevent delays.
