Job summary

Pavion seeks a Project Engineer II to join our shared services team in Tempe. You will independently develop complete engineering documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma.
3+ years’ experience in engineering or coordination.
Proficient in CAD and design tools.
Strong understanding of low-voltage systems including security, access control, fire alarm, AV.

Responsibilities

Independently develop and produce complete engineering documentation packages meeting project specs and standards.
Review and verify design accuracy, ensuring compliance with codes and customer requirements.
Assist with change orders and value engineering by analyzing design alternatives with stakeholders.
Coordinate with design teams to integrate revisions and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Provide technical guidance to field teams during installation and commissioning; resolve issues promptly.
