This role coordinates with design teams, clients, contractors and vendors to ensure timely, compliant project delivery. A strong CAD background and 3+ years of engineering or coordination experience are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years' experience in engineering or coordination.
• Proficient in CAD and design tools.
• Strong understanding of low‑voltage systems (security, access control, fire alarm, AV).
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce complete engineering documentation packages with drawings, submittals, and equipment schedules.
• Verify design accuracy, ensure codes and client requirements compliance for quality, safety and performance.
• Assist with change orders and value engineering by evaluating design options with stakeholders.
• Coordinate revisions with design teams and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Provide on‑site technical guidance during installation and commissioning, and support field teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain specifications and support for submittals.
