Job summary

Global Edge Consultants, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate planning, organization, integration, and execution of engineering projects within a defined area. You will review designs and documentation for compliance and coordinate changes with cross-functional teams to drive program execution.

The role requires strong systems engineering knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; prior DoD experience and leadership in IPTs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience coordinating activities across dynamic organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership to develop and implement solutions meeting system performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate planning, integration, and completion of engineering milestones and reviews.
• Review designs, drawings, specifications for compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
• Initiate and coordinate engineering change orders and review data for accuracy.
