Qualifications

• Entry level role, typically supervised by a Project Manager.
• May help prepare estimates and inspect work to assure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Builds knowledge about the company, best practices, and expectations.
• Builds understanding of job cost history, contract status and reports.
• Develops relationships with customers and coordinates with Accounting to bill and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and business development support to build client relationships and assist with design, material selection, estimating, and proposals.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination and administration of projects, including scope, budgets, quality and scheduling.
• Procuring subcontractors and monitoring their work quality and schedule as required for installation.
