Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Engineer II to develop and implement robust, cost-effective manufacturing processes for power tool battery products. You will lead projects, collaborate with design and supplier teams, and apply DOE/DFMEA/FEA tools to ensure reliability and throughput.

Responsibilities include evaluating manufacturability with NPD and driving continuous improvement while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in relevant engineering field and 2+ years experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~20%.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes for power tool battery products.
• Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to deliver custom processing solutions.
• Conduct analyses (DOE, PFMEA/DFMEA) to ensure process reliability.
• Support NPD for manufacturability reviews.
• Travel as required for evaluations.
