Job summary

The role partners with IT, engineering, and operations to define requirements, prioritize improvements, and drive sustainable adoption of changes. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage project charters, and track progress toward milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field relevant to engineering or software.
• 3+ years in product development, systems, test, data analytics, or related roles.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or project lead preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical contributor for product testing, reliability, and data analysis.
• Serve as process owner for engineering workflows, ensuring governance and standard work.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements for software products, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate requirements into scalable application and data needs; coordinate with tech teams.
