You will help estimate change impacts, manage change orders, and assist with procurement and subcontractor hiring. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Basic ERP skills, including querying, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design.
• Basic verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team on smaller, less complex projects.
• Estimates the impact of project changes and informs management.
• Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked.
• Procures equipment, materials, and services; participates in subcontractor hiring.
• Stays current on emerging trends.
• Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.
