ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer I to join our Lisle office. This entry-level position offers learning and growth in a fast-paced construction environment, reporting to the Operations Manager/Project Manager.

The role involves assisting with project schedules, submittals, change orders, and procurement, while coordinating with owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, preparation, and finalization of project schedule.
• Procuring and submitting all project submittal information and managing the approval process.
• Assist with administration of subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders.
• Coordinate communications from owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project quality control procedures are followed.
• Assist in project closeout and keep the Project Manager informed.
