Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in spreadsheet calculations and word processing.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask/manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and contract documents.
• Develop detailed project schedules and track costs.
• Coordinate with trades and review shop drawings.
• Prepare and deliver operating/maintenance manuals and closeout paperwork.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on site.
