SBI Consultants LLC is actively seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to bridge the project manager and technical disciplines in our engineering consulting practice. The PE will handle scheduling, estimating, document control, change order coordination, and serve as a primary technical contact for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Visio, MS Project, and Smartsheet is preferred.
• Undertraining of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling is essential for success in this role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement engineering programs including defining project philosophy, activities, milestones, and staffing requirements.
• Develop and maintain a schedule and budget for the assigned engineering project.
• Provide status reports on milestones and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Control expenditures within the project budget.
