Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering and design teams from proposal through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with codes.

Initial training occurs on-site, then a hybrid schedule with about two days per week in the office. PE licensure is encouraged, with support to obtain after joining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a vocational-technical degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Understanding of building codes and computational design tools.
• Proficiency with Revit and CAD software to manage projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from proposal to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop task lists, assign budgets, and review technical output.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate across departments.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and contract development.
