• 2–3+ years of relevant construction project experience with HVAC or plumbing mechanical contractor on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities including planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management.
• Help manage schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; assist in selecting and monitoring subcontractors.
• Handle preconstruction administrative duties and maintain project documentation.
• Own submittal management, COR/CO management, and schedule updates; prepare for and participate in project meetings.
• Assist in project reporting and closeout documentation; provide administrative support to the management team.
