Therma, a Legence company, is seeking a Project Engineer for Salt Lake City, UT. You will work with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting, guiding projects from preconstruction to closeout.

This is an ideal growth path for hands-on PM candidates who want broad experience. The role emphasizes coordination across estimating, procurement, and client relations on large commercial projects, with a focus on on-site execution and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of construction project experience with HVAC or plumbing mechanical contractor on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Project Management & Controls: support planning, cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management.
• Estimating & Preconstruction: review specs and drawings, support pre-bid RFI generation.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: secure best pricing, track orders, build vendor relations, and manage deliveries.
• Client Relationships: build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
