French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Engineer for the Highway & Traffic Department in Wall or Newark, NJ. Expect to lead highway/roadway design from concept through construction and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on municipal and county projects.

The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, 4–8 years of relevant experience, a NJ PE license, and skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of progressive highway/roadway design experience.
• PE license in New Jersey required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee roadway and highway design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate design efforts across civil/site, traffic, structural, environmental, and utility teams.
