Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking motivated Project Engineers to join our team of industry leaders. You will help track costs, manage RFIs and submittals, and support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout on nationwide infrastructure projects.

We value collaboration, safety, and professional growth. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management with 2+ years of civil construction experience (or 3+ years hands-on) is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of civil construction experience, or 3+ years hands-on field experience.
• Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who can lead through influence and deliver results across teams.
• Motivated and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
