Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction in Oklahoma City is seeking Project Engineers to join our team of industry leaders. You will track costs, manage RFIs, and support procurement and scheduling on diverse infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management with 2+ years of civil construction experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 2+ years of civil construction experience, or 3+ years field experience.
• Solid understanding of field operations and project workflows.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus).
• Strong communicator and ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout.
• Assist with safety, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations.
