Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction (RLW) seeks Project Engineers to join a team delivering high-quality infrastructure nationwide. You will track costs, manage RFIs and submittals, and support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or construction management degree with 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years in the field; familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling tools is a plus. RLW emphasizes safety, integrity, and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • 2+ years of civil construction experience or 3+ years hands-on field experience.
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports.
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation.
  • Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout.
  • Assist with safety, quality, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations.

Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
