Job summary

Jobot, a top civil contractor in Greater Philadelphia, seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee all stages of large highway and structures projects. The role reports to the lead project team, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in construction and a PE license (preferred), you will create detailed plans, lead site inspections, and implement advanced engineering techniques to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on structural engineering.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and other related tools.
• A PE license will be considered an advantage.
