Plumb House, Inc. is seeking motivated Project Engineers to join our construction team and develop a long-term career in commercial construction. The role offers hands-on exposure to planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow toward project management or field leadership, with opportunities to work with self-performing teams and gain field experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Internship/co-op experience beneficial but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to CM software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Assist with project documentation: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules and other contract documents.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers and internal project team.
• Track submittals, RFIs, procurement items, and other deliverables to maintain schedule.
