Job summary

ARM Group is seeking a Project Engineer in the West Chester area to assist in planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight of multi-discipline projects, including non-coal mining and quarry-related work. You will coordinate with regulators, clients, and team members to meet budget and schedule goals.

The role requires a strong ownership mentality, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks with diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• EIT certificate required; PE license preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering with stormwater design, permitting, and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update design drawings and investigation reports.
• Coordinate development, design and permitting of multiple projects.
• Assess and mitigate project risks; perform technical calculations and QA/QC.
• Interface with regulators and clients to support approvals and design decisions.
