Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor or general contractor.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Supports monthly cost reporting with data and talking points.
• Ensures cost reporting and pay requests align with procedures.
• Expedites material deliveries and reviews shop drawings.
• Mentors less experienced team members and supports a positive environment.
