Job summary

Jobot is seeking a qualified Construction Project Administrator to join our Indianapolis team. The role supports commercial construction projects, coordinating drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and experience with project documentation and scheduling, using Procore or Microsoft Project to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Understanding of project scheduling principles.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
