LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate to assist the project manager and team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision. This role requires prioritizing multiple tasks and coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background, 1–3 years in project coordination or similar roles, and strong AutoCad and MS Office skills to support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

Responsabilités

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
