Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction planning: quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for interior build-outs and ground-up construction.
• Review drawings/specifications to identify technical requirements for MEP and millwork.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify budget or scope issues early to prevent delays; be proactive.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless handoffs and value engineering support.
