Job summary

Broadmoor LLC in Shreveport, LA, seeks a Project Engineer to join our Project Management team, supporting day-to-day technical and administrative operations on commercial construction projects. You will assist with contract administration, procurement, document control, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with field operations from startup through closeout.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related experience, 1+ years in PM/field roles, and strong MS Office and PM

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1+ years in project management, field supervision, estimating, or preconstruction for a commercial GC or subcontractor.
Construction knowledge: Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, estimating, and trades.
Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with project-management, estimating, and scheduling software.
Business skills: Budgeting, financial analysis, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Regional commitment: Ability to work in Shreveport / Northwest Louisiana market.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day technical and administrative operations on assigned projects.
Assist with contract administration, procurement, document control, and risk management.
Support scheduling, quality control, and coordination with field operations.
Report to Project Manager and participate from startup through closeout.
