Project Engineer - Electrical Construction
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $46-$58 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 40+ Hours Weekly | Monday-Friday | Flexible Schedule
As we continue to take on larger and more complex projects, we're looking for a Project Engineer who is ready to build technical expertise, collaborate with industry professionals, and develop into a future project leader. This position offers a mix of office and field responsibilities, including local travel to project sites and close collaboration with project managers, foremen, vendors, and customers.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of electrical construction or project support experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
- Experience with quantity takeoffs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Knowledge of NEC, Washington State electrical code, and construction practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Journeyman Electrician license is preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is preferred
- Experience with eSUB or similar construction management software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Performing quantity takeoffs and plan markups using Bluebeam
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinating material procurement and tracking deliveries
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate project records in eSUB
- Collaborating with field teams to resolve technical questions and project challenges
- Assisting with permitting, inspections, project closeout, and occasional site visits
