Description

As an Entry-Level Project Engineer, reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

• Support project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel
• Build relationships with internal teams, design partners, subcontractors, and leadership
• Assist with project layout, critical work items, and long-lead materials
• Support billing, cash flow forecasting, and change orders
• Interpret drawings and specifications for field work
• Review mock-ups, shop drawings, and scopes of work
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and coordinate with QA/QC
• Verify work in accordance with drawings and codes
• Create and process RFIs
• Assist with schedule coordination
• Participate in development and review of work plans
• Support safety initiatives and inspections
• Perform quantity takeoffs and other technical tasks
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Construction or heavy civil experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities
• Proactive problem-solving approach
