Job summary

Seco Tools seeks a Project Engineer to lead manufacturing projects from concept through industrialisation. You will define practical machining strategies, leverage CAD/CAM and simulation tools, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value for customers and partners.

You will report to the Regional Innovation Hub Manager, collaborate with sales, engineering, and suppliers, and champion safe, sustainable practices while driving continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in production or mechanical engineering, or related project delivery.
Experience leading technical projects from concept through implementation.
Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Agile project management and Lean Six Sigma qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
Turn customer needs into practical machining and tooling strategies.
Use CAD/CAM and simulation tools to optimise processes, proposals, validation, and project documentation.
Coordinate customers, sales teams, technical partners, and internal specialists.
