Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with relevant industry experience.
• 5–7 years in production or mechanical engineering, project delivery, or related roles.
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Fluent English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
• Turn customer needs into machining, tooling, and execution strategies.
