What We Are Looking For

• An Electrical Project Engineer with at least one of the following:
• Experience working with a self-performing contractor
• Construction experience in a multi-trade environment

• A professional capable of performing tasks such as:
• Providing technical support to a project team to identify, track, resolve, and document project issues
• Managing all project documents through the document control team
• Processing and tracking submittals and RFIs
• Assisting in the coordination of planning and fabrication activities
• Supporting procurement in distributing bidding documents and tracking quotations
• Maintaining project schedules via the Enterprise Scheduling Department
• Preparing and issuing meeting minutes
• Assisting with planning and managing site logistics
• Implementing corporate safety policies on the job site
• Receiving, reviewing, and evaluating subcontractor quotations
• Tracking change orders and managing costs
• Managing plan review and approval with local and state municipalities
• Processing new hire documents and verifying payroll accuracy
• Participating in continuous learning, training, and skill development
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate temporarily based on project needs
• Willingness to work in both office and on-site environments
• Performing tasks at the discretion of the project management team

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a technical college degree with two years of construction experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, positive attitude with team-oriented problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction software
• Commitment to safety
