Job summary

DSW ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support daily operations and administration on ongoing projects. You will coordinate with workers, suppliers and subcontractors, monitor schedules, and assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders.

In this role you will arrange materials, communicate work arrangements with customers, attend site meetings, monitor quality, and maintain project records to ensure timely completion as directed by the Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily company operations and administration.
• Coordinate with workers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up on project schedules and site progress.
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders and basic documents.
• Arrange materials and manpower for ongoing projects.
• Communicate with customers regarding work arrangements.
• Attend site meetings and site inspections when required.
• Monitor work quality and ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Report project and operational matters to the Director.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
