*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.

What You Will Be Doing

Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling staff, project, and proprietary information.

Perform advanced design-phase activities, including—but not limited to—submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings, and miscellaneous metal drawings.

Oversee manufacturing-related production-phase activities, including—but not limited to—providing complete shop drawings, ensuring procurement of all required materials, maintaining the casting schedule, and conducting quality checks.

Oversee field-related erection-phase activities, including—but not limited to—preparing crane studies and rigging diagrams; coordinating shipping and field manpower requirements; and ensuring erection quality and performance align with the project plan and budget.

Apply project management and document-control practices, including—but not limited to—identifying and resolving issues, coordinating requested procedure submittals, escalating issues as necessary, and monitoring contract specifications, budget, and schedule commitments.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Show initiative and a willingness to step into a larger role when project needs or opportunities arise.

Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
