Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 2 years' construction experience, or 6 years' related construction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generates and submits monthly billing and earned value reports.
• Develops and manages project schedule for small to medium projects.
• Analyzes cost summaries, and supports project financial reviews.
• Coordinates procurement plans and purchase orders with the project team.
• Maintains communication with Superintendent and Project Manager on project impact and risk.
