Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations and read drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Able to communicate effectively and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring job costs.
• Prepare Potential Change Orders and review subcontractor changes.
• Monitor and forecast General Conditions and General Requirements costs with the project team.
• Review monthly pay applications and supporting documentation.
• Support overall cost management of the project.
