The role emphasizes maintaining logs, processing RFIs/submittals, updating documents, and supporting pay requests, change orders, and closeout activities as part of a collaborative project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry relationships and expand networks to generate future sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain internal and external project logs as necessary.
• Maintain internal and external reports as necessary.
• Assist the Project Manager with updating project tasks and handling RFIs, Submittals, Drawing Logs, and other tools.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and build/maintain the bidders list.
• Maintain current construction documents.
• Receive and act on RFIs from contractors.
• Review and process submittals and maintain submittal logs.
• Support day-to-day project management including pay requests, change orders, RFIs, submittals and purchase orders.
