First Solutions Group seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to help the project manager and team with documentation, cost control, scheduling, and field supervision in our new offices in Kennesaw, GA and Savannah, GA.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 1–5 years of related experience, with hands-on collaboration across foremen, procurement, and reporting to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or field engineer.

Responsibilities

• Track quantities and production.
• Assist with cost tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate material deliveries and scheduling.
• Work closely with foremen and field supervision.
• Assist with project documentation and reporting.
• Support purchasing activities.
• Learn project management processes and field operations.
