Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support regional operations by maintaining project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures to ensure all projects are completed on time.

You will work closely with regional leadership and clients to develop action plans, coordinate resources, attend meetings, document decisions, manage risks, and ensure all project documentation and communications align with MEI Rigging & Crating’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Background in construction, rigging, or related field helpful.
• Prior project coordinator experience in construction/rigging preferred.
• Intermediate Windows skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent team building and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional leadership to prepare action plans with resources and timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Organize, attend, and participate in management and/or project meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assume project tasks as required and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop rigging strategies and coordinating tasks for personnel.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain documentation.
• Evaluate project risks and provide solutions where applicable.
• Support MEI Rigging & Crating’s visions and values.
• Assist with material sourcing and product procurement.
• Perform all other tasks as directed.
