Job summary

CRG Residential, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to assist our project managers as they estimate, plan, prepare, and execute projects throughout the year from our corporate office in Carmel, Indiana. This full-time role is Monday–Friday with the potential for some travel, and offers an opportunity to learn from a team of seasoned construction veterans who value practical, hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Teams and MS Project improves efficiency.
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and schedule vendors and subcontractors for projects.
• Solicit subcontractors and material vendors for bids.
• Attend coordination meetings with owners and project teams.
• Participate in final walkthroughs and checklists.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, RFIs and submittals.
