Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • A PE license would be a plus.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including submittals, process submittals, change orders, material coordination, onsite meetings, meeting notes, and commercial construction.

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • 1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • 2. Reviewing and processing submittals and change orders.
  • 3. Coordinating material procurement and delivery to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
  • 4. Organizing and conducting onsite meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • 5. Documenting meeting notes and ensuring all relevant information is communicated to all project stakeholders.
  • 6. Ensuring all construction activities comply with commercial construction standards and regulations.
  • 7. Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • 8. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • 10. A valid professional engineer's license would be a plus.
