Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a motivated Project Engineer for its PECD program in the Baltimore area. This in-office role focuses on hands-on development in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, and quality control while partnering with designers and contractors to strengthen infrastructure.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred) with a 2.8+ GPA and at least one internship, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required with preference for Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scheduling and production rate tracking.
• Assist in estimating, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Support safety management, quality control, and field coordination.
• Develop client relations and contribute to business development.
