The goal of our PECD program is to develop our people into company leaders. In order to accomplish that, the PECD program has been structured with a competency based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire – project management, estimating, construction management and more. Our STRUCTURAL Baltimore office is located in Linthicum Heights, MD and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on our core concrete repair and strengthening scopes of work on structures in the greater Baltimore/Washington metro area. Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study. Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher. A minimum of one relevant internship experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional documentation and organizational skills. Aptitude for solving problems. Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
