STRUCTURAL Baltimore is seeking a Project Engineer for our PECD program, focusing on in-field learning and developing critical construction skills. This role aims to grow engineers into future leaders through mentoring and competency-based development.

The position is primarily in-office at the Linthicum Heights, MD office, supporting core concrete repair and strengthening work across the Baltimore/Washington metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM, CE or related field.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum one relevant internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and tracking project progress in the PECD program.
• Support estimating, budgeting and cost control activities.

About The Team

Our STRUCTURAL Baltimore office is located in Linthicum Heights, MD and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on our core concrete repair and strengthening scopes of work on structures in the greater Baltimore/Washington metro area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
