STRUCTURAL is hiring for a Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program based in our Building Envelope team in Alexandria, VA. The role emphasizes in-field learning and development across scheduling, estimating, safety, quality control, and client relations to prepare future leaders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in CM or CE, strong communication, and internship experience, with a commitment to growth within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• GPA 2.8 or higher
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
