Job summary

A leading composite manufacturing company in North Carolina is seeking a Mid-Senior level Engineer to interface with customers, lead project planning, and generate design documentation. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Engineering and at least 6 years of experience, preferably in aerospace. Competitive salary and employee ownership options offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in composite component design and manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Experience in mold design, DFM, fixturing, and work instruction development.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, workflows, and ISO/AS environments.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to gather requirements and create estimates.
• Lead multi-departmental project planning and design review meetings.
• Generate CAD and drawings required for part and tooling chain.
