Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead testing activities for solid rocket motors and hypersonic systems in Torrance, CA. You will develop test plans for static fires, environmental testing, and flight support, working closely with propulsion, manufacturing, integration, and design teams to ensure safety, data quality, and mission success.

You will oversee test fixtures and instrumentation, monitor tests in real time, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, systems, or related field.
• 5+ years engineering test experience for solid rocket motors.

Responsibilities

• Lead test plans, procedures, and requirements for SRM tests and vehicle-level testing.
• Design and operate test fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
