What You'll Do:

1. Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
2. Read and apply construction plans and specifications.
3. Ensure safety and compliance on site.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Report progress to the project leader.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5 years of commercial construction experience (metal framing, drywall, and related specialty construction are a plus).
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
