Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer for Civil, Structural & Architectural scopes on a large-scale manufacturing campus project in Boise, Idaho. You will coordinate CSA disciplines, support field execution, review drawings, manage RFIs, and work with designers, subs and commissioning teams to drive turnover.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration, quality control, and timely problem solving in a fast-paced construction environment, with contract-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project engineering experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with large-scale manufacturing, mission-critical, or data-center environments.
• Strong understanding of means and methods, sequencing, document control, and field coordination.
• Familiarity with commissioning, turnover, and quality management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSA scopes across a large-scale project.
• Drive field coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and shop drawings for constructability.
• Manage RFIs, document control, field directives, and change documentation.
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Assist with quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
