Job summary

Atwell, LLC seeks a Project Engineer passionate about site/civil engineering and land development to lead transformative projects in PA. You will apply engineering principles to design distribution systems, manage entitlements, and coordinate permitting with local agencies.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (ABET) and PE licensure, with PA experience preferred. You will drive client success, mentor teams, and help grow the firm’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) required.
• PE Licensure required.
• PA experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Navigate multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for developments and commercial projects.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and build relationships with clients and government entities.
• Deliver exceptional projects and maintain high client satisfaction.
